THE H1NSHAW MURDER CASE. The Testimony of Affiants Tonehint;Matters Embraced in Affidavits.:Danville, Ind , 0.;t. IS.—The court convened yesterday morning to hear testimony of persons who had mado affidavits in the motion for a new trial in the William E. Hinshaw wife murder case. The defense presented the affidavit of Mrs. Wesley Peck, as to a conversation she had with Mies Worrell. Mrs. Peck inserted that Miss Worrell said to her that she had not told the coroner all she knew, and that she was awakened by the noise of a fight.The Btate filed the affidavits of A. A Surber, denying in toto the statement by W. N. Crabh when examined, so also Mr. Johnson. They testified to the facts in their affidavits. Mr. Surber swore that be was not in Danville during the entire month in which Mr. Crabb said he had the conversation with him. Ho was with Mr. Johnson only five minutes, and during that time the HinBhaw case was not mentioned. Mr. Johnson had said that they were together an hour.
