Thomas were each indicted for felony theft, in connection with shoplifting charg es filed by Charles Miffletpn, own-er of The Man’s Store,Wade Lackey was indicted for felony theft, in connection with the theft of a stereo and 18 tapes.Martin Long was indicted for attempted burglary of Jeff Byrd’s Grocery Store,Melvin Randall Davis, Edward Doss Jones Jr. and Pat Jim Baker Jr, were each indicted for burglary, in connection with the burglary of Sloan's Super Save.One person, not yet apprehend ed, was indicted for swindling with worthless check.Arraignment has been set for those indicted on Monday, Oct. 21, according to Judge Jack B,Miller,Mrs, W, A, Everett was named foreman of the grand jury and is the second woman to serve in this position in Jan Saba county, Mrs. J.
