Vocational Nursing Class To Graduate Friday NightNine members of the 1962-63 class in Vocational Nursing at Tyler County Hospital will be graduated at exercises Friday at Woodville Methodist Church.The public is invited to the exercises, which will begin at 6:30 p. m.L. Gayle Burton, M.D„ will be principal speaker. Presentation of school pins will be made by Mrs. Mary Allen, RN, who is instructor of the vocational nursing class.Invocation will be given by the | Rev. Wayne Odom, Methodist! pastor. The benediction will be by the Rev. Decker Sanders, Baptist minister of Doucette.Receiving pins following 12 months of academic study and training will be Mrs. Faye Nowlin of Woodville; Miss Reatha | Henderson of Woodville; Mrs. j Inez Cameron of Warren; Mrs. j| Jackie Button of Colmesneil; Mrs. Eunice Vinson of Chester; Mrs. Lenora Williams of Livingston;Miss Eledia Harris of Warren; Mrs. Mary Virginia Lash of Jasper; and Miss Barbara V. Pullenof Jasper.Following the graduation exercises, the Tyler County Hospital Auxiliary will serve refreshments.PTA TO MEET MONDAY, GLENN TURNER TO SPEAKThe regular monthly meeting of the Woodville Parent-Teacher Association will be held Monday night at the high school auditorium. Starting time is 7:30.Glenn Turner of Sam Houston State Teachers College will be the speaker. His subject will be Getting Ready for College.Students are welcome at the meeting, which will honor the high school and junior high parents.A nursery will be open in the west end of the Rock Building, inRoom 6B.
