TRUSTEE’S SALEOF DESIRABLECITY PROPERTYBy virtue of a deed of trust given by Nora Bell, dated October, 9, 1918, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Corporation Court of Winchester, Virginia, in deed Book No. 34, page 8, and by written request of the party whose debt is secured thereunder, default having been made in the payment of same, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Court House in Winchester, Virginia, at 12 o’clock M. on Saturday, November 7. 1925, that desirable lot of land with the comfortable two-story 6-room residence thereon, being the home of the late .^Varner and Nora Bell, situated at No. 6^9 on the west side of Nqrth Market street, Winchester, Va., fronting on said street a distance qf 40 feet and extending west about ISO feet to a public alley, adjoining the lands of Virginia Fisher and the Perry Brooks estate.TEEMS: One-third cash on day of sale and the balance in two equal annual installments, the deferred payments to be evidenced by the two bonds of the purchaser payable respectively In one and two years from day of sale, with interest from that date payable annually, and their payment to be secured by a deed of trust on the said premises and a policy of insurance on the buildings.M.
