‘Sheriff's Sale. A virtue of a decree end execution in my hands, and sued out of the office of the clerk of the Harrison circuit court upon a judgment therein remaining of record, in which Ha bin M. Applegate and George W. Applegate are plaintiffs, and Rebecca C. Fair and John Lutz are defendants, I have levied upon and will, on Saturday, November 11th, 1871, between the hours of 10 o’clock,a.m. and 4 o’clock p.m., before the court house hoor in the town of Corydon, in said county of Har rison, offer or case at public auction. the real estate of said defendant, Rebecca C. Fair, lying in Harison county, and Line of Indi ana, as follown, town. The undivided five-ninths of the west half of the north-east quarter of section twenty three, township three south, range three east, containing eighty acres, more or less. Also, the undivided five-ninths of the east half of the north-west quarter of section twenty-three, same township and range as above, containing eighty acres, more of ASR. Also, the undivided five-ninths of the north east fourth of the south-east quarter of section eleven, township three south, range three east, containing, forty acres.
