SHERIFF'S SALEVirtue ol o writ of Jl/a to me directed i.«su lt;1 out of the Court of Common Pleas ol the county of Ocean, will be exposed nt Public Vendue on Saturday the 17th day of November, 1855, between ihe hours of 12 and 5 o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the house of Jess# Cowdoick, in the village of Toct’l River, Town ship of Dover, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, the following described propeity» to wit1. JiII that certain Tract of Land and improve ments, known as the Stout Farm, situate in the township of .Jackson, County of Ocean acd Slate of New Jersey, adjoining lands of James D. White, Thomas !. White and others, contain ing 30 acres more or less, it being a part of a Tract of land returned to WillisU* ifernei, June28th 1786, and recorded at Carboy, in book S,page 34 c.2. .^11 that certain Tract of land situate in the Townseip, Copnty and Slate aforsaid, near James White's “little pond,” containing 13, 50-00 acres more or less, being a part of tha some Thomas DeBow conveyed to Anthony Still, about 28th September 1835.Seized as the proper!p of Joseph Still and taken in execution at the suit ef Joseph Mount and to be sold byEDWARD W.
