HOMECOMING The 1968 Winfield-Mt. Union Homecoming Queen candidates are Susan Anderson, Rita Hillyard, Susie Krieger, Cathy Lintz and Johnette Masson. Following is a schedule for the Homecoming activities: Thursday: Odd Ball Day Thursday Night Progam at 7:30 Queen announced Queen given charms, Let’s make this the biggest snake dance ever! Friday: Red and white day player appreciation day - ordered corsages picked up. Friday night: Game against Col umbus Junction at 7:30 - halftime Queen crowned by 1967 Queen, Deb Cornick, Senior football captains give queen robe and roses. Saturday night: The Macabras will play for the dance at the Com munity Building from 8:30 till 11:30. Tickets are $1.25 and $1.50 with buttons. CALENDAR OF EVENTS Week of October 18-26 10-18 - Football, Col. Junct., Homecoming 10-19 - Homecoming Dance. Com, Bldg. 10-21 - School Board Meeting 10-21 - Play Prac. 7:00-10:00, Mt. Union 10-21 - Jr. Varsity Football, Med apolis, Here 10-22 - PJT.A. 10-22 - Play Practice 7:00-10:00, Mt. Union 10-24 - Grade 7 Football, Mt. Pleasant ,Here 10-24 - Play Prac. 7:00-10:00, Mt. Union 10-25 - Football, Wapello, There 10-26 - All-State Festival, District Audition JUNIOR CLASS PLAY Almost every junior has a part in “Mouse on the Moon’.
