oot 2.8 1980 A FOUR YEAR OLD WETASKIWIN girl lost her life in a fire at the Drumheller Motor inn early last Thursday morning, October 9th. Bonnie Lynn Hayhurst was asleep when she consumed the office portion of the motel at around 3:45 a.m. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs.Brian Hayhurst, one other child, and Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Anderson, operators of the motel were asleep in another area of the office, and escaped the blaze through a rear window.
