Thomas Jensen and John Frandsen will conduct the orchestra.Jensen, who was with the group on their first tour in 19-52. is a protege of Carl Nielsen, Denmark’s foremost conductor. Frandsen, former conductor of ihe Royal Opera of Copenhagen, is chiefly known to Americans tor his recording of Nielsen's Third Symphony which the Danish Orchestra issued on the Epic label.Since their American tour six years ago. the orchestra, tmder; the patronage of King Frederik1 ’Uh IX of Denmark, has performed in:“ ' Sweden.
