Oral Pleas To Be Heard At Abilene On October 29 Before ICC .The Texas and Pacific's plea to suspend operations over the Abilene and Southern from Abilene to An son and to Hamlin will be heard in oral arguments October 29 before the Interstate Commerce Commis sion in Abilene and their decision will be final. Last May the application was heard in Abilene before R. R. Hol xt, LOC examiner who later made a report to the commission in which ‘te recommended denial of the pe ttion.
