James Eads How, known as the “millionaire hobo,” who is spending his honeymoon in California, was sued for $100,000 in a breach of promise suit filed in circuit court at St. Louis by Mrs. Cora Victoria Harvey, his private secretary during the last twenty years. She asserts she had been engaged to the uplift of the migrant worker for the last fourteen years.
