A vent, of the New Mexico Mounted Police, appeared upon the scene and sieted the en* tire outfit, on two telegram*, one from hi* captain and the other from the sheriff at Trinidad, Colorado. The rooster that brought them in had skipped to part* nn*known.The Colorado sheriff cante a* fast as steam could bring him and left with them the tatter part of l ist week rut hin return to Colorado.
