Death SummonsMr. Peter MulroneyThe community was saddened Sunday afternoon by the announcement of the death of Mr.Peter Mulroney. About ten months ago his health began to fail and he made a trip to Rochester, Minn., where he received treatment. He was able to be at his place of business every day until about three weeks ago when complications set in and he gradually became weaker until death relieved him from his suffering at 3:30 p.m. H is two sons, Gerald and Joe, who are lieutenants serving in the army, arrived earlySunday morning and were able%to converse with their father afew minutes before he became unconscious.Mr. Mulroney was born in Nevada township, on July 10, 1870 and grew to manhood in this community. About 45 years age he and his brother John established the Mulroney Store and after the death of his broth.tr, he became sole owner of the business. September 5, 1900 Mr. ‘Mulroney married Margaret Kib-by. Her death occurred June 121910.On May 21, 1912 Miss Mary Crowley became hispassing has created a broken Iinl in the family chain and left i memory to his children of kinc and solicitous care. He was aihonorable man, highly esteemec for his honesty of purpose ant his gracious deference to thlt; rights of others. He was a devou Christian all his life and in thIpast few weeks found ,a grta solace in his religion. He ha passed to his reward with arecori of fair dealing with his fellow men, steadfast in his devotion this family and friends, kind hearted and just. He was a mem ber of the Mallard CommerciaClub and will be sadly missed b his fellow members. He was a'ways ready to do his share fc the betterment of his home towr He is survived by his sorrowin wife and six children, Mrs. Alfre Murray and Mrs. C. J. Oliver lt;Emmetsburg, Lt. Gerald P. Mu roney of Ft. Ord, California, L Peter J. Mulroney of Quantici Virginia, Mary Vivian, and Katl leen at home. To the family gotout, in full measure, the sincei sympathy of their many friernand may they find comfort in tl thought that the good life of the beloved did not end with dealbut goes on in the providence ai wisdom of the God of love.The funeral was held yesterdfamorning with requiem high ma at St. Mary’s church in Mallar at 9:30, Rev.
