HARRIS TRIALBEGAN TODAY.The trial of Joe Harris, charged with tlie killing of Charles R. Seibor, was on in the district court this morning before Judge Theron Stevens.The trial promises to be a notable one and men have gathered from all parts of the county to listen to the evidence and hear the arguments of the distinguished attorneys engaged on both sides.The court room this morning when court convened was crowded with friends of the late Mr. Seibor and of Joe Harris, wTho though charged with a capital offense seems to have some friends to stand by him in the hour of trial.The court evidently expects a long drawn out case, as he had ordered the table for the counsel to be turned toward the jury, instead of facing him, as it usually does.For the prosecution there is lined ui at one end of the table.
