Plats of the Town ran he seen at the offices of the Company in Ch irleston, Aiken and Hamburg.The Board have determi ed that the Depository shall be the place for receiving and delivering Freight. And that so soon as a house, or houses of Entertainment are established at Aiken near the Depository, adequate to accommodate the public convenience, the Cars shall stop a sufficient lime to allow the passeugers to taka a Meal, provided the general arrangements of the Company require stopping at Aiken for that, purpose.'Phe Company reserving the right of laying or. permitting to he laid Rail Wav Tracks, through any of the public streets, provided the same shall he so constructed as not to obstruct the use of the street for common travelling.The Lots are to be put up singly, the purchaser having the privilage of taking one ox more Lots next adjoining the same range*.Conditions ol sale are J (’ash, balance in 1, 3» and 3years.
