PON the petition ofEthtldred Hating char Perrin Farrar m iic time made and executed his ain bond or obligation to one .urn Pool to make titles to a cer-■ ii) lor of land lying and being in tie diflridt of Wilkinfon, known by umber one hundred and four, unto the laid Adain Pool or his sffigns, under the penalty of one thouland dollars, which laid bond sr obligation has been affigned to him, and the faid Perrin Farrar having departed this life without executing titles to the laid lot of land, and without leaving any will directing in what manner titles ere to be made, and he praying the court to direct the Adminiftratrix to execute titles to the laid lot of land to him or his order, agreeable to the bond and the alignment thereon and the att of Aiiambly in i’uch calcs made and •rovided.! 1' IS ORDERED that the Ad-miftrauix of the tlfate of laid descaled,. do make titles to the faid lot of land the ftrit Monday in November next, unlefs caui'e 'oe fhewn to the contrary agreeable to the laid bond and of the alignment fo made thereon ; and th t this rule be pub-ldhed in one of the public gazettes of th.s State, once a month for the term of three months previous to laid time, and in three cf the raoft public places in faid county, ngree--ble to the adt of Atf mby in fuch a'es made and provided.A true copy from the minutes.
