McDonald, the contractor. to work on the Gunyaquil-Quito-Eouador railroad, arrived here last evening in transit. They soon expressed thcinsehc* as dissatisfied, owing to their poor quarters, and began making a disturbance.Most of them are now watched by a detachment of Colombian troops; but many have disappeared, and it is rumored that these have found employment along the canal. It is feured that those under guard will refuse to proceed to Ecuador
