DOOLY'8 SHERIFF BALES.|GEORGIA—Donlv County.Will be wold to the highest bidder before the court house door, in Vienna, Ua., between the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in November, 1898, the following described land, to wit: Lot of land number one hundred and eighty-four 1184] in the 10th district of Dooly county Da., said property levied on and to be sold as the property of the Cordele Dairy and Poultry Do., under and by virtue of a fi fa issued from the Superior court of Dooly county, aguiiibt the Cordele Dairy and Poultry Co., in favor of the Home Mutual Building Loan Association of Cordele, Oa., and duly transferred by them on Nov. 10th, 1895, to Mrs. Minnie H. Littlejohn. Tenant in possession notified according to law. This October 4th, 1898.Will be sold on the first Tuesday in November next, at the court house in said county, within the legal hours of sale to the highest bidder for cash, the following property to-wit: One dwelling house and lot in the town of Vienna Dooly county Oa.. of the following dimensions--South side line of said lot running Hast on church stroet one hundred and eleven [111] feet; the east side line running North on fifth street one hundred and thirty-five 1185] feet; the North side line running west one hundred and ten [110] feet and the west side line running south to church street one hundred and twenty-five1125] feet. Said lot situate lying and being in the town of Vienna. Qa and in the seventh land district of said county—a part of lot moro particularly known as the Ii. A. Murray and J. II. Woodward residence lot—and bounded on the North and west by J, M. Kelly 's place, on the ■S'outh by church street and on the East by fifth street, and being part of lot of land number fifty-seven (57) in the 7th land district of Dooly county Oeorgia, and being the house and lot now occupied by Mrs. Ella Melton. Said dwelling house and lot levied on as the property of J. D. JVbrris, to satisfy an execution issued from the County court of said county, in favor of /). 11. Kirk against said J. D. Norris.
