We find the following in the Toronto (Canada) Star:Captain A. D. Crossland, of Ohio, attached to the U. S. Customs Department at Montreal, left this morning for a thirty days* vacation in his native Slate. During the terra of his office here, abont eight months, Capt'n Ci'ossland has made many friends among the travel*ng pul lic and has won the esteem of his superior oflicers.
