Mr. Gadbcrry wan employed with a construction company there. He and the little non were *'n a wagon waiting at a curb for Mrs. Gadherry, who was in a store shopping, which was nearby, when the horses became frightened and ran. The tongue came down and the wagon was overturned, throwing Mr. Gad- . berry out and brenking his right leg,,, crushing his skull and injuring his right arm. The boy was thrown up against thp curb, paralysing hit leg and hip. Both Mr. Gadherry and the little son are in the St. Elisabeth hos-oit.nl. The Gadberrys are former. Liberal residents and their many, friends will regret hearing of this sad accident
