GET IN LINEWe have sold a great many Clearview lots at $5 each ■—a total to date of nearly 1,200 lots.We know we could raise the price today and take in as much money every day as we are now doing, butWe have an object in keeping the price within everybody’s reach. And that object is electric car service to our lots.On October 15 the board of directors of the electric company meet and decide on the expenditures for next year. We want them to appropriate the money for a car line extension to our lots.We know they are intelligent, far-seeing men or they would not be holding their positions, and we feel sure that if we can show them that the extension we ask for will be very profitable they will give our request more attention than if we were unable to show real business.So we ask you to buy quickly, if you intend to camp out next year. Our $5 lots ought to be worth many times that price if the car line goes through to Clear Lake. You are thus really helping yourself if you buy and enough others buy to convince the electric car line company that common business sense demands a car line.Understand we cannot forecast the action of the board of directors. They might refuse to extend the line under any circumstances. They have that power. But we do not believe they will refuse. Do you?At any rate your lot is worth $5 for camping purposes one season alone—and, listen, we will acccp* $1.00 cash and 50c a week for eight weeks if you had rather pay that way.Now, get busy.Buy for yourself, and induce your friends to buy in your vicinity. Think of the good times we will all have next summer. And you will own your lot forever.The Musicians’ Union has accepted our offer of lots to them for bandstand and pavilion purposes, and there will be music on the water next season. At least a dozen musicians have bought lots.Call at our office at your earliest convenience. And remember if you want to look at the land our carriages meet daily the Medical Lake trains that leave Howard and Riverside at 9 a. m. and 12 m.
