Decrees For C. C. Fowler and the Widow of Silas Walker, Judge James D. Smyth today ren dered a decision and decree in the Walker case. He awards to the plain tiff, widow of Silas Walker, a certain 160 acres of land which was claimed to have been purchased with her money. The claim of survivorship being, not proven, the court awarded the remain der of the estate jointly to the widow ‘ne’ the mother of Silas Walker, to be divided in the usual manner provided by law The court also today decided the suit * J.
