pOLUMBIA COUNTY SS.—IN THEOrphans’ Court of Columbia County, In the matter of the partition and valuation of the estate of Clemuel G. Ricketts, late of Orange Town-ship, deceased. To the heirs of Sarah Cartrighfc, deceased, Mary M4Intosli, the heirs of Elizabeth liicketts, John Ricketts, Ruth Huber, Nancy Buell, Pleasant Sims, and Elijah G. Ricketts, take notice that an Inquest will be held at the late dwelling-house of Clemuel G. Ricketts, deceased, In the Township of Orange, County of Columbia, on Saturday, the 24th day of November, 1806, between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 4 o’clock p.m ol said day. for the purpose of making partition of the real estate of said deceased to and among his children and legal representatives, if the same can be done without prejudice to or Hpoiling of the whole, otherwise to value and appraise the same according to law: at which time and place you are required to attend if you think proper.
