Filed Against An Inmate of The Childrern’s Home Martha A. Nicholas, matron of the Childern’s Home, has filed an affidavit in the probate court against Charles Ephraim Baker, an inmate of the home, aged 12, charging that Baker did unlawfully steal, take and carry away certain leather straps of the value of $——, the property of Samuel L. Beeler from a certain building, the property of sach Samuel L. Beeler, situated in the First ward of the city of Hamilton, Butler county, Ohio, contrary to the statutes in such cases made and provided. The matter will be heard at 2 p. m. Saturday.
