The Baltimore AnnrIran in u recent issue argues that somebody in Calvert county U running a newspaper there in the interest of the “gun shot policy.” We think the American * conclusions are not logically deducible from its premises, but if we are wrong and the Amcriclt;in is right, then the fact is patent that some one is writing editorial extravaganza in Calvert who ought to he undergoing the discipline of the straight jacket in some lunatic asylum.
