Notice. ee :—Purevant to an order of the County Court of Harrison county, made on the 20th day of April 1853, in the case of the N. W. Railroad Company vs. Alstorphius Werninger, appointing the undersigned a com missioner to ascertain and report what persons have liens on the real estate of said Werninger, and who are entitled to, and in what portions, the sum of twelve hundred dollars, deposited in said Court by said Railroad Company as da mages awarded against them in construct in their railroad. ‘The persons interested In sai fund are hereby notified to appear at the Clerk’s office of Harrison County Court on or before Sunday of September 1854 and then and face their respective claims and the evi ct of the same. .
