Large Crowd Attends Boy Scout Court Of Honorek More than 150 saw Arcadia dll Boy Scouts receive their awardssir and promotions Thursday nighthe at the first Court of Honor heldhe since early summer. Troop No. 1 he sponsored by the Lions club, Fredhe C. Post, Scoutmaster, presentedof thl program of the evening. The ty event was in First Avenue school er auditorium. Chairman Samuel l’ Hobbs presided over the meeting.L‘h Robert Miller and Ed Roberts, d Troop No. 5, Arcadia Woman’s club, with R. D. Chambers Scout--t master, received the first bronzele palm awards given local Scouts. ?e Robert Mason and Dan Post, :(d Troop No. 1; Robert Brown and Norman Miller, Troop No. 5, re-ceived Star Scout awards.
