SAMUEL CHASE NICHOLSON Samuel Chase NicboLim of Capa lin, died at his home .southwest of Capulin on October^, 1924, aged 81 years, 6 months and A days.'Mr. Nicholson was born in Camp-bellsville, Indiana, March 26, 1840. He was married to Lois T. Batn .rd oh March 6, 1864. After'GO yea: s of married happiness he leaves her for the home beyond. Five children and his widow1 survive h;m, the chib'ro ) being Mrs. Wright Hotchkiss, He -bert, John and Emerson Nicholson, and Mrs. J.H. Reynolds,The funeral services were conduct ed by Rev. J. T. Malcom, and Re/. Carr participated at the grave. Interment was made at the Mountain View cemetery.The deseased was a member of the Christian church and lived an earnest, consistent Christian life. He will 1 c mourned by the community as a go d man full of years who had done hisfull duty to mankind. He was a dor• *voted husband and father.
