TO Recover $1,500 Borrow ed by John M. Flora. MRS. FLORA WILL SETTS The Claim and Will Not Oppose Si Mr. Clingenpeel Undecided as to Future Plans--A Letter. By his attorney, L. D. Boyd, ln Saturday, R.R. Bright, of t rank of Flora, filed suit in the c omit court to recover $1,500 fro m John M. Flora on a 60 day ne wihinet will become due Decemt 16. The suit against the estate Mr. Bright will not be opposed see, Fiora, for it is only a for a legal proceeding, of which she a proves, and will honorab adjust the claim. The Citizen Bank at Delphi holds a note S68, past due, against Mr. Flo and that is the only claim agai the man, other than those of M Flora. $300— David Flora—$301 and R. R. Bright—$1,500. A note left by Flora in which he linquished all property to his w is not legal as far as the trans of real estate is concerned, but it effective in transferring person property.
