Sprinkling During tin* I'air.Tlu» Water Company Iuih decided to sprinkle Potomac and Washington streets of Hagerstown during the Fair. President Hood, of tin* Western Maryland Railroad, has tendered tin* use of the sprinkler which did service at IVn Mar. Mr. Manning says if he can get three other sprinklers he will do slt;, and it may he possible that four sprinklers will be in operation during the Fair. The water will be gotten from the Oak Spring. The aetion of the Water Company, who will bear all the expense, is to be commended.
