Funeral services for Ira Emerson Offutt of Route 1, were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesd day at Wheeler Chapel, the Rev. Francis Wheeler officiating, Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery with Masonic grave~ Bide services, Offutt died Mon day evening after a long illness. He was born Jan. 7, 1890 in Hill County, Texas, and had resided here 38 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was married to Lena Florence Duncan Nov. 14, 1909. She preceded him in death on Nov. 14, 1966. Survivors include one son, Ira Joe Offutt; five grande daughters, Harvietee Offutt, Iagene Frazier, Jo gla Treadwell, Lana Kay Hassman and Linda Offutt; two great granddaughters, Charlene Patricia Frazier and Crale Kay Hassman; three brothers, Sam Offutt, Carlshad, J. D. Offutt and D. D. Offutt, both of Deming; one sister, Mrs. W. O. Mc Conathy, Blum, Texas; and 20 Moves and nephews,
