MUSCATINE. Ia. — Services are j to be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in | the George M. Wittich funeral home for Mrs. Bertha Jones, 76,, who died in her home, 511 E. lOUij St.. alter a long illness. The Rev.j C. R. Gesell, of Grace Lutheran .church, will officiate and burial will be ia Memorial Park cemetery.Bom Bertha Monioyne Sept. 18, j 1879, in Marshall county. Illinois, she was married Oct. 14. 18T3. in Peoria, 111., to Lloyd L. Baumgardner. She came to Muscatine in 1921 and was married here Dec. 5, 1945, to Henry J. Jones who survives.Other survivors are three sons.j Bernard Baumgardner, of Mtnne-1 a polls. Gifford, of Racine. Wis.. and Everett, ol Muscatine: two daughters. Mrs. Gladys Clark, and Mrs. Verna Findley, both of Rock Island: a stepson, Otto Jones, of Marion, Ala.; a stepdaughter. Miss Juanita Jones, of Carthage, HI.; a sister, Mrs. Anna Jones, of Chil-licothe. 111.; a brother, Diaries Montoyne. of Chillicothe, HI.. 11 grandchildren and sis great-grandchildren.
