Shorty Green ToFnter Boat RacesShortv Green. Austins king of th« speedboat racers, will be one of three men to represent Austin in the last sanctioned outboard race of the Lone Star Boat Racing Circuit to be held Oct. 9 in Port Arthur.Cowboy Engelke and Paul Gregory will go along to watch Green attempt to keep his high point crown in the Lone Star Circuit He will drive the same racers that he piloted in the Austin races on Sept. 18.The Port Arthur races were originally scheduled for last Sun-day, Oct. 2. but unsettled conditions there led to its postponement.
