— -BOON REFUSED ANOTHER TRIAL.The motion for a new trial in the L. B. Boon case, after argument by the attorneys, was refused by Judge F. D. Fulkerson Friday morning. A rehearing was asked for on the grounds that the court would not allow the impeachment of the character of May Cloud and that one of the jury, W. H. Jones, had influenced that body by his statements relative to the age of May Cloud, whom he knew at Tupelo.
