Mr. W. Q. Covington has a most extraordinary mule, says the Richmond Register. He bought this mule when it was a yearling just forty years ago, when it was two years old he had it broke, and from that day to this the animal has been in constant and continuous service, and is regularly now. The mule is fat, active and strong and shows no signs of its great age.
