Pitcher, manager of the bank.The late Jos. O. Cole died on February 6 last, leaving a will, in which hia wife, Jane Cole, wns appointed aa sole executrix and uni venal legatee. The latter, however, died the day previous to her husband's demise, and it became necessary to procure an administrator. The estate ia insolvent, and at a meeting of the creditors a resolution was passed that the Town and Country Bank should apply for administration under section G7 of the Testamentary Clauses Act of 1867.
