Youngdirected to vou. was issued out of the courtof Common Pleas, returnable on the fir*tMonday of May last past, and to me de lire red ; and %vh»*reas I did, on the return thereof, make due proof, that you werenot found in my bailiwick, whereupon the •aid court ordered on cliot tubp- tna to be issued on said petition, returnable on the first Monday of September A D 1929. whereas I did on the return thereof again make due proof that you could not be found in my baitiwick ; you are therefore hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our said court, on the first Monday of December next, to show cause if any you have, why the said Isaac Young should net be divorced from fbe bonds of matrimony entered into w ith you the said Hannah Young.DANIEL HORN, Sb’ff.Sheriffs Office, Warren Co.September tith 1929
