Miss Inelda Jean Christianson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Lin dsey Christianson of Norco, became Mrs. Eugene Fredrick Borg during an impressive sunset ceremony conducted in the north garden at the home of her parents. Some 175 guests attended the rites, solemnized by Pastor Gary Stanhiser of Valley Fellowship Seventh-day Adventist Church in San Ber nardino. The bridegroom, who had resided in Mountlake Terrace, Wash., is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Strout of that city. FOR HER WEDDING the bride donned a gown of white voile over eyelet print which matched the fabric used to fashion her bridesmaids dresses. Her gown was designed and made by her and the bib was outlined in the same dark rose, green and blue colored ribbons used by her attendants to tie back their hair. Flowers for the occasion were arranged by the mother of the bride’s college roomates, Mrs. Perry Beach of La Sierra. The bride’s wreath headpiece and basket of red and white roses were enhanced with baby’s breath, fern and green and blue straw flowers. Attendants carried long-stemmed red roses entwined with jasmine. Mrs. Beach also made 15 corsages for the bride’s mother, grandmothers and neighbors and friends of Mrs. Christianson at Loma Linda Univer sity, La Sierra Campus Library, who helped prepare and serve the can delight buffet supper following the wedding. THE BRIDE WAS given in marriage by her father. Her honor at tendant was Olive Anne Smith. Her bridesmaids included Barbara Jean Beach, her roommate at Pacific Union College last year, and Karen Nixon. The bridegroom selected Christopher Joel Yonan as his best man. Guests were seated by Craig Britton and brothers of the bride, Ritchie Christianson of Shillington, Penn., and Robbin Christianson. The guest book was distributed by Mrs. Ritchie Christianson. Music was provided by the Recorder Quartet consisting of Jim Walters, Bar bara Jean Beach, Cheryl McLain and Jerrold Davidson. TABLES WERE SET ON the south lawn for the buffet reception. The bridal couple visited each table rather than forming a reception line. The three tiered cake was baked and decorated by Llewellyn Nixon, father of one of the bridesmaids. The top tier decoration was a pair of felt mice dressed as a bride and bridegroom from the Design Center in Lon don, England. The cake was served by Miss Elizabeth Doswell, who with the bride had visited the Design Center in 1973 as part of the LSU Art Department craft tour to England and Scandinavia. After the reception the newlyweds left for their honeymoon trip to the Moonridge cabin of the bride's uncle and aunt, Dr. and Mrs. Vernon Nickel, in the San Bernardino Mountains.
