HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ISERIOUSLY INJUREDLois Meyer, 17 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Meyer was seriously injured Sunday evening . while riding in a ear driven by Edward Vesley that collided with a car driven by W, D. Jones at an intersection in the west part of town less than a block from the Meyer home.Lois suffered concussion of the skull. She was taken to the home of Dr. and Mrs. I. J. Sinn where she is being taken care of and where she is doing as well as .can be expected. Other occupants of the car were Bet-, ty Meyer, sister of Lois, and Paul . Hannon, son of Mr. -and Mrs. Ed Hannon of Parnell. Paul received head' cuts and bruises. Betty Meyer, Edward Vesley and Mr. and and Mrs. Jones escaped uninjured.Mr. Meyer, father of Lois who some time ago enlisted in the TJ. S. Navy and home on a furlough is confined to this home with influenza.Lois is a senior in the Willamsburg high school and her school mates hope for a complete speedy recovery for herself and her father.
