son.*A carpenter named John Carrigan was found dead on fcmnday morning, about a hundred yards from his house in South Brooklyn. He came home on Saturday night much intoxicated, and went out again after supper. Not returning, his wife became alarmed and instituted a search, which resulted in finding his dead body, bruised in seveial places. It is not known whether he was murdered, or fell among the rocks and thus received the injuiies which caused his death.— Tribune.
