Mrs. Marvin Baker Correspondent The Riverside H. D. club met Tuesday with Mrs. Merlin Rogers. The program was election of offi cers. Miss Pat Talbott gave a talk on the short course meeting held in San Antonio last week. We added two new members to the club roll. They were: Mrs. Griffin and Miss Pauline Clark. Those attending the circus in San Angelo last Monday were: Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Rogers, Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Stockton, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Marr and children, Mr. and Mrs. Clarice Fish and children, Mr. and Mrs. Ace Tom linson and children, Mr. and Mrs. G. Danley, Mrs. Frank Pullen, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Tisdale and Louis Mr. and Mrs. Bob Flutch, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Witworth and children and Miss Pat Talbot, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Champion of Brady and sister of El Paso vis ited in the C. B. Baker home over the week-end. Miss Matilda Spoon of Menard is visiting in the Rossman Spoon home this week. Visitors in the Tom Talbott home this week are Mr. and Mrs. Clar ence Fish and children of Junc tion, and Mr. and Mrs. Ace Tom linson and children of Mountain Home. Word was received here this week that Mr. and Mrs. Jim Loyd Burleson of Sanderson are the proud parents of a baby boy. The young man was given the name John Yates. Mr. and Mrs. Willie Stockton of McCamey are visiting friends and relatives here this week. Visitors in the Annie Bible home this week are Mrs. Charlie Birsh vale and baby Joe Ann, and Mrs. Marie McDaniel of Houston.
