Mr. Charles Marson, the Ridge’s nurseryman, 9512 Wood st., has outlined a wonderful plan to help solve the unemployed problem. A model city which will at some time grow into a modern Utopia is very attractively arranged. A number of big real estate men are interested in theproposition. The Journal of Commerce, October 4th issue, contained an article on the subject.
