The Farallon Mercantile CompanyThe new department store being built by Kdward Carp and Viola A. Madler, will be opened Tuesday for business. The contractors IJ Hard Irving have rushed thecompletion of the store rooms to accomodate the customers while the store proper and ilats above are being finished. Mr. Carp hashis repair bench ready and lias commenced receiving shoes for repairing. Mr. Carp is a thorough shoemaker and will undoubtedly receive all repair work of the surrounding community. He also has a fine stock of boots, shoes and rubber goods etc. usually carried in a shoe store. Mrs. Madler has a complete new stock of groceries, some dry goods and clothing already in and more to follow, besides hundreds of little things required in a general store.
