Mrs, Mary P. Smith, widow of Sidney S. Smith, well known;in thla county, died Saturday, Oet. 1, aged 69 year*. Sbe waa a loving mother, a kind friend and waa respected and beloved by all who knew her. She leave* four eons and a daughter behind to mourn her lose. The funeral took place from the residence of Mr*. Frank Rowley, the daugh* ter, at 2:30 o’clock Mouday afternoon and the remains were interred at Oak Ridge ceme* tery.
