PROBATE NOTICE,In matter of the estate} Dodge Comity Court, of Lorin Horton* de-2$th Sept, A. I), 1830, ceased, jOK reading and filing the petition of Limy M. Whitaker, guardian of the infant children of Lorin Horton, late of Dodge County, deceased, representing that there is no personal property belonging to said estate of said deceased, for the purpose oi the support of said infant wards of , said guardian, or the payment of taxes upon the veal estate of the said Lorin Horton, deceased : and that it is necessary for that purpose to sell a certain portion of aiieh real estate. It is ordered, that all persons, interested in said estate, appear before the County Court aforesaid, at the Court House, in said -county, on the 1 th day of November, A. IX 1850, at 10 o'clock, A* M,? to show I cause why license should not be granted to the guardian aforesaid to sell so imieh of the real estate of said deceased^ as is in said petition stated to Id necessary to.be sold, for the purpose of supporting said infant waaxfcs, arid paying the taxes on said real estate.T3y the Court,31w3 G, W.
