The Tribune received its information from the police report of the incident.“If it was caused by me, it was because the digging of the foundation tor a new wall next to it reopened the foundation of the old building and the earth under it crumbled away,” Hopkins said.“I’m trying to build up a business here in Tipton, and I don’t want people thinking I cause buildings to fa 11 down,” Hopkins said. The builder also said he appreciated the assistance he received in cleaning up tharness from the city police and utility departments. The Central Cigar Store has relocated in the building that was formerly occupied by the Village Billiards, 208 E.
