Wood, Jr. and John Wood, and all unknown heirs of said decedent, and all unknown persons claiming any lien upon, or right, title or interest in or to the estate of said decedent, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is now on file with the Clerk of the District Court of Hidalgo County, New Mexico, the Final Account and Report and Petition for Distribution of Barney C. Wood, Jr., Adminis trator in the above entitled estate. That on the 3rd day of November, 1972, at 10 A.M., at the Court Chambers of the above entitled Court at Lordsburg, New Mexico, or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, is the time and place set for hearing upon said Final Account and Re port Petition for Distribu tion, “of the purpose of settling said estate, and determining the heirs of said decedents and the ownership of said estate, and the interest of each respective claimant thereto or therein, and the persons entitled to the dis tribution thereof. Box 64, Hachita, New Mexico 88040 filed application number (ed) PL-62-B PL-63- A-A Combined with the STATE ENGINEER for permit to change location of shallow wells and place of use of 32.97 acre feet of shallow ground water per annum by abandoning the use of Wells Nos, PL-62 located at a point in the SW1/4NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 16, and PL-63-A located at a point in the NW1/4SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 7, both in Township 30 South, Range 16 West, N.M.P.M., for the irrigation of 10,99 acres of land described as follows: File PL-63-A, South West part NW1/4 Section 7, 3,10 acres, File PL-62, North West part NW1/4 Section 18, 7,89 acres, all in Township 30 South, Range 16 West, and drill a shallow Well No, PL-62-B PL-63-A-A Com bined, located at a point in the NWL/4NW1/4 Section 18, Town ship 30 South, Range 16 West, N.M.P.M., for the irrigation of the above described 10.99 acres of land.
