A purse of $2000 and ups are up for the money winners.Many noted cars, such as the Sunbeam, Cornelian, Stutz, Cino and Cole makes, will be piloted by their owners.The races will be for blood as special prizes are offered for the car standing best at 25, 50 and 75 miles.Among the entries are C. Ford, pastor of the First Baptist church, this city, was honored Tuesday by the election as moderator of the Marion Baptist association convened in third annual session at the Trinity Baptist church, Marion.
