BY DENNIS COGSWELL Paw Paw Bureau PAW PAW — Floyd Clouse, 20, route 2. First street, Keeler, was bound over to Van Buren circuit court Monday after waiving Seventh district court preliminary examination on a charge of absconding on bond. Clouse is charged with abs conding on a personal recog nizance bond while awaiting trial on a charge of breaking and entering the Burnette Packing company last Jan. 22. Bond was set at $4,000 pend ing circuit court arraignment. In another case, Alan J. Mor san, 20, 116 South Mary, Hart ford, was sentenced by Judge William C. Buhl to pay fine and costs of $30 or spend three days in jail on a charge of malicious destruction of property. Morsan had pleaded guilty to the charge, which grew out of the breaking of a window at the Hartford city hall in August.
