Several witnesses were call s ed today, but on account of much nother news limiting the amount n of space, little can be devoted to [the testimony.II. V. Maxwell of Bardolph told of preparing the will and codicil and witnessing both. After the will was lost or had disappeared, lie dictated the contents 1o Attorney llelfrich’s stenographer and that is what is filed for probate, j He told of making another codicil1 , tind cancelling an old one attach-1 | ed to the instrument, after which; j it with the original will were placed r in a tin box and put away in a -closet.
